If for any reason your smile goes away within 30 days, we offer three options:
1: A full refund of the purchase price upon return of the product in original, as new condition.
2: You can exchange the unwanted product with something preferable from our range, upon return of the product in original, as new condition. If the cost varies, we will either refund or charge the balance accordingly.
3: Contact us for a mutually agreeable solutions to unique situatiuons or requests for repairs.

For exchanges or repairs, please include a suitable return pre-paid parcel/envelope so we can ship it back to you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
