We personally check each product to ensure items are shipped as per photo's, description, and your expectations. While we do our best as professional artisans to make sure our work will last and be treasured for many years, occasionally life happens and you may like to change your mind or have something fixed or replaced.

30 day unconditional warranty:

If for any reason your smile goes away within 30 days, we offer these options upon request from our contact us page:

* Please note, original shipping costs are not refundable.

2: Exchange the unwanted product with something preferable from our range. If the cost varies, we will either refund or charge the balance accordingly. Once you have returned the original product to us, we will send out the desired replacement on us.

After 30 days:

Please contact us regarding any unique situations or requests for repairs, which we will assess on a case-by-case basis. Please provide us with details and photographs, thank you.
